One of the benefits of travel I've found is that you get to eat crazy shit that you wouldn't normally eat when you're at home either because it's not as readily available or you're just too damn lazy to find it.
Here we have a nice Shanghai dish of cooked duck smothered in a tangy sauce with peppers, onions and pineapple served inside a hollowed out pineapple shell that I got in Oxford.
Honestly, this was my first time trying duck and it was pretty damn delicious.
